Welcome to our newest edition in the North DFW area! RockSprings 380 (previously known as Fat Bobz) has joined the Hickman Luxury Family. This park and the cabins were built a few years ago, but we have made a lot of significant upgrades to the park like widening the pad sites and adding a concrete road. We also plan to fence off the front of the park and transform the club house, so stay tuned for more to come!

Rates for the RVs start at $495/month plus electricity. Covered spots are $595/month plus electricity. There is a credit and background check for $35 along with a $150 deposit.

Rates for the Cabins start at $1,500/month for a 1 year minimum lease with $1,000 deposit and $250 pet deposit. Credit and Background check also required.
