This is our newest  Adult Only Park that opened at the end of 2022. Each space is fully fenced in, with a wrought iron gate in front, 8x8 storage shed, and large tree. Price includes rent, water, trash, sewer, lawn care, and wi-fi. Electricity is separate. $200 security deposit along with credit and background check is required.  Our prices are $900/month plus electricity.  Lots 18-22 are reserved for RV's, and the rest are reserved for Tiny Homes. Lot 1 is a Model Tiny Home operated by Cowtown Cottages and open Thursday-Sunday so come on by!
